Bright Nights at Four Mile returns with a magical menagerie of brightly colored lanterns. This year travels through space and time; shrink down to the size of a Four Mile honeybee to explore life as an insect and walk alongside a giant mantis or through a field of oversized wildflowers. Cross the globe to discover African animals and dive deep into the ocean to spend time with sharks. Delight in the same natural world that inspired Victorian literary classics!

Event Details
General Admission access to Bright Nights at Four Mile. Explore brightly colored lanterns with supersized versions of flora and fauna from around the world, enjoy sweet and savory snack and meal items from local food trucks available for purchase each night, and shop the Four Mile Mercantile for a piece of Colorado history (past or present) to take home.

Four Mile is a Kulture City Sensory Friendly Location! Check out a FREE Sensory Bag during your visit and use noise cancelling headphones, strobe resistant sunglasses, and fidget tools to improve your visit. Need another option? Visit us during General Daytime Admission- explore the lanterns without lights and sound at your own pace Wednesday-Sunday 10am-4pm.
Time and Space Traveler Immersive Experience
Immerse yourself fully in the worlds of Bright Nights with a journey through this year’s themes. This self-guided experience, brought to Four Mile by the artists of Elevate Immersive, challenges guests to solve riddles to uncover the secret stories of lanterns throughout the Park.
Complete the quest and become a part of the story at Four Mile and enter to win a Four Mile Historic Park Family membership. Purchase of this ticket includes entry to Bright Nights at Four Mile, a self-guided immersive experience packet and a Bright Nights at Four Mile bag to hold all your travel goods.
Sounds of Light - Silent Disco

Choose your own soundtrack for the night with three stations to choose from. Rent your headset from the Four Mile Experience Station, choose your favorite of three music stations- curated specifically for this event. Enjoy your own private silent disco experience or sync up with your friends throughout the night. With only a select number of headsets available, this exclusive experience will sell out!

Tianyu Arts & Culture is a global leader in the creation and presentation of authentic Zigong lantern festivals, bringing one of China’s most celebrated artistic traditions to audiences around the world. Originating in Zigong, Sichuan Province—known as the “Lantern Capital of the World”—the company works with master artisans to design, build, and install immersive lantern exhibitions that blend centuries-old craftsmanship with modern creativity.
Rooted in a tradition spanning more than 1,000 years, Zigong lantern art was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of China in 2008. Every lantern is handcrafted using steel frameworks, hand-painted silk, and intricate lighting techniques, with designs inspired by Chinese culture, mythology, nature, and contemporary themes. Tianyu’s skilled artisans preserve these time-honored techniques through a centuries-old master-apprentice tradition while sharing this unique cultural art form with communities across the globe.
