Four Mile Historic Park is a great resource for educators and students when learning about Colorado’s rich history. Whether it is through a field trip experience at the Park or a traveling trunk in your classroom, Four Mile’s special programming dives into the subjects of cultural history, natural history and more! All programs are designed to meet select Colorado Academic Standards.
Four Mile Historic Park offers Traveling Trunks as both in person and virtual formats. For in-person presentations, a Four Mile educator comes to your school or facility with a trunk.

Thanks to SCFD Funding, Four Mile is able to provide reduced programming fees, and in some cases free education programs, to the seven SCFD funded counties.
*Castle Rock and Larkspur are not included in the SCFD for Douglas County and are not eligible for SCFD pricing
