Grant Hall and Backyard Garden

Grant Hall offers panoramic views of the Park with tall windows, accented with wood detailing, and perfect for all life’s celebrations. Warm up next to the roaring fireplace while having easy access to stretch your toes in our lush lawn as you step out to your private backyard perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hour.

Meeting Room

Meeting Room

Perfect for smaller gatherings, our Meeting Room is a great solution. This space includes a drop-down screen for presentations, as well as tables and chairs that can be configured to fit your needs. The Meeting Room can be rented by itself as for a reception celebration, a board meeting, luncheon, etc. It’s also a great add-on to larger events as a staging/storing room, kids room, or extra-large dressing room.

Scotty Wilkins Salon (Conference Room)

Meetings, meetings, meetings! This smaller, private room brings the best of functionality and technology together. Equipped with a state-of-the-art 75in Smart screen TV, conference phone line, and easily configurable tables and chairs; this room is great for annual planning meetings, quarterly sales meetings, or private team gatherings.

 

Four Mile Pavilion

The Four Mile Pavilion is a stunning clear-span tent with glass walls, elegant raised flooring, and a solid white roof option. It includes essential event amenities such as tables, chairs, linens in your choice of colors, basic centerpieces, and full dining setups with plates, flatware, and glassware. Ideal for weddings, receptions, and special events, this space combines beauty and functionality for a seamless experience.

Private Events at the Grove

The Grove

A secluded grassy area surrounded by towering conifers. The Historic Four Mile House Museum is the backdrop for this peaceful enclosure and is perfect for formal weddings and smaller gatherings.

The Four Mile Pavilion

Whether you’re hosting a daytime picnic or an evening soiree, this flexible space is a blank canvas for you to bring your own personality or branding to. With close proximity to Grant Hall, this can be a great add-on to accommodate higher guest counts.

The Full Park

This is the most complete option for large groups and/or elaborate functions, covering the use of the above spaces for your special event. Perfect for big weddings and corporate picnics. For events that take place during the day, we offer the option to close the facilities to the public.

Venue Rental Rates

Venue rental fees include up to 4 hours of event time, 3 hours of set-up, and 1 hour of teardown. Staffing will be charged at $50 per hour based on the needs of your event to be determined by Four Mile. Each rental will be charged an 18% Historic Maintenance Fee and may be subject to cleaning fees based on the size and scope of your event.

  • What types of events can happen at Four Mile Historic Park?

    We welcome any and all event types: corporate meetings, picnics, team building, birthday parties, mitzvahs, proms, milestones, celebrations of life, weddings, donor appreciation, and fundraising

  • When can I hold my event?

    Available rental times are typically from 8:00AM – 11:00PM, specific event spaces may not be available when we are open to the public.

  • What is included in the rental fee?

    The Venue Rental Fee includes up to 4 hours of event time, 3 hours of set-up, and 1 hour of teardown.   • Do you provide a nonprofit or government entity discount?

    Yes! We offer 20% off venue rental pricing for nonprofits and government entities.

  • Do you allow alcohol at your events?

    Four Mile allows alcoholic beverages to be served at events, under strict compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances and governmental regulations regarding the use and/or service of alcohol. Four Mile Historic Park manages the Arts Liquor License for all public and private events. All bar sales and service of alcohol must go through Four Mile Historic Park.   • Do you provide catering at your events?

    We work with local caterers to provide food at your event, please review our preferred catering list for your options.

  • How do I book a site visit?

    Submit your event inquiry to get connected with Four Mile about your event. 

  • How do I confirm my event?

    At the time of booking, 50% of the total venue rental fees are due to secure the event date along with a signed contract. The first payment of 50% is non-refundable should the client cancel the event. The final payment of 50% is due (30) days prior to the event date and is non-refundable after payment.

  • What else can I add on to my event?

    To give your guests a true Four Mile Historic Park experience, book our educational add-ons; Historic Tours of the Four Mile House Museum, Butter Making, Corn Husk Crafts, Tractor Rides, or Meet and Bleat with our Resident Farm Animals.

Four Mile is the perfect spot for your child’s birthday party! Located in the heart of the city, our 12-acre site provides a rustic landscape where children can travel back in time to Colorado in the 1800’s with their own costumed 4MHP staff member as their guide.
