Four Mile Historic Park strives to offer unique experiences to visitors of all ages in the growing urban front-range. The Park’s rural farm setting with historic roots to the earliest settlement days of Denver is something that most metropolitan residents don’t find often.
Donor support is vital to the continuation of offering a place where the frontier comes to life and to continue preserving one of Colorado’s oldest remaining structures.
To make a donation to Four Mile Historic Park you can mail a check with a description of how you would like your gift to be used to Four Mile Historic Park, 715 S. Forest Street, Denver, CO 80246. Examples: General Operating Support, Program Support, Endowment, or specific programs/operations. You may also make an online donation by clicking the Contribute button at the top-right corner. Four Mile Historic Park also offers you the opportunity to spread your gift out over many months through a monthly or quarterly pledge.
Thank you for your continued support!
Adopt a Four Mile Critter
With 5 horses, 1 mule, 3 goats, 4 chickens, 1 rooster, 7 fish, and 1 beloved cat, the cost to feed and care for our animals exceeds $14,000.00 annually. As an adoptive parent of a Four Mile Critter your gift will go to Four Mile Historic Park for care, feeding, and enclosure maintenance that Four Mile Historic Park is committed to providing. Your love for animals can be expressed with a simple one-time donation ranging from $30 to $1,000. Each adoption gift directly supports the care of our animals, and with it comes a variety of special benefits only adoptive families can enjoy.
Note: Sorry, no ownership rights are granted by this adoption. All adoptions are valid for one year. Like all living creatures, Four Mile Critters may become ill, pass away or move to another farm temporarily or permanently. If the animal leaves for any reason, your adoption can be transferred to another animal for the remainder of your adoption year.
Give the gift that shows how much you care, both for your loved ones and our animals that share the Frontier Spirit with Four Mile Historic Park visitors year-round.
