ATMOSPHERE
Four Mile Historic Park is the perfect spot for your child’s birthday party! Located in the heart of the city, our 12-acre site provides a rustic landscape where children can travel back in time to Colorado in the 1800s. A costumed Four Mile Historic Park staff member leads the children through their three chosen activities and parents are encouraged to join in on the fun! Our programs are run outside in a farm-like setting; we can, however, move some activities, including cake and presents, to our one-room schoolhouse during inclement weather. In any event, please dress appropriately for the weather conditions and the rustic surroundings. We strongly encourage participants to enhance their pioneer experience by dressing the part! Girls in the 1800s wore braids, bonnets, long dresses, and aprons. Boys wore hats, boots, suspenders, and vests. Ask about the old-fashioned party favors available in our gift shop.
Two Easy Steps to Planning Your Pioneer
Birthday Party:
1) Please call 720-865-0810 to reserve a date and time that you would like to have your party:
A) Our parties are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 – 12:00pm or from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
2) Choose a Birthday Party Plan:
A) *$110.00 ~ you may choose 3 pioneer activities, bring your favorite cake and other goodies.
B) *$160.00 ~ this plan includes 3 pioneer activities as well as a cake prepared by the children and baked in our wood-burning stove. The cake is served with ice cream and lemonade (Children ages 6 & up).
*The prices are for parties of up to 15 children - a maximum of 30 persons total.
Please add an additional $5.00 per child/adult for larger groups.
